Otto Lau is the treasurer of the NHCA Youth Council and has been on the council since the day of its inception more than a year ago. In his time on the council, Otto has helped initiate the council’s family day event, the youth talent show and most recently the youth movie night. In addition, he contributes his valuable insights and organizational skills to the council, helping the council achieve success. His goals on the Youth Council include establishing sports programs and putting on showcases of youths’ talent and creativity within our community. Ultimately, he hopes to actively engage and involve youth in the community and create a sense of belonging and identity among the youth within our community.
