June 6th-12th is Seniors’ Week in Calgary!
Seniors’ Week is a time to celebrate the many things older adults contribute to our communities.
Seniors make a difference in the lives of Calgarians every day. From supporting family members and friends to assisting charities and volunteering, seniors are deeply involved in our communities and their contributions benefit Calgarians of all ages. The City of Calgary supports the needs of seniors year-round through a number of community programs and services. The City has developed a Seniors Age-Friendly Strategy to help plan for the growing number of older adults in Calgary.
