NHCA Registration System – How To Guide

How to register for a program or membership:

1. LOG IN

Log in to the new system. The “Log In” link is at the top right of the home screen.

  • If you have a transferred membership profile, please enter your email address. If you have not logged into the new system before, click “Forgot Password?”. You can download this handy guide to help you.
  • If you are completely new to the system: create a new user profile by clicking “Register” (to the left of the green “Log In” button). You can download this handy guide to help you.

Please check and/or fill in all the required fields.

 

2. FIND YOUR PROGRAM

Once your profile is all set up, click on “Dashboard” or the NHCA logo at the top of the page. This will take you to the home page.

  • Scroll down to see the programs and memberships.
  • Click on “View All” to see all the available programs.

 

3. REGISTER/ENROLL

(a) Select the program you wish to register for and click “Enroll”.

(b) If you have more than just you in your profile family, you will be asked to select the person you wish to register into this program.

  • Choose the person.
  • Click the blue “Add to Cart” button.

(c) If you don’t have a valid membership, or there are any other prerequisites for the program (like the volunteer deposit for kids’ soccer), a pop-up box will show. Choose the required item and add this to your cart.

(d) The page will now go back to the home page, where you can add the program itself to your cart.

 

4. CHECKOUT YOUR SHOPPING CART

To pay for your registration, once you have added all the required items (e.g. membership, jersey, or volunteer deposit), you just need to click on the “Cart” link at the top of the page.

  • Top tip – there is a generous amount of time to complete the checkout, but it is a good idea to have all of your payment information to hand, so you don’t have to start again if the timer runs out while you search for your credit card.

  • Review your purchases.
  • If you need to add something else, click “Dashboard” in the top menu bar to go back.
  • Once you are ready to continue to the information and payment screens, click “Checkout”.

 

5. COMPLETE YOUR DETAILS & ENTER PROGRAM SPECIFIC INFO

You will now go through a series of screens – please check your details to make sure they are correct. Edit or complete any fields as necessary, then click “Update Details”.

  • Check and update your details.

  • Answer any membership, program or product specific questions. If the information is *required* (like a jersey size or emergency contact details for sports), you will not be able to continue until you have completed the fields.

 

6. READ AND ACCEPT WAIVERS

Please take time to read any waiver(s). These will be specific to your purchases (kids’ soccer is just shown for illustration purposes). You will need to accept and agree to these terms in order to continue to the payment screens.

  • Read.
  • Click “Accept” to continue.

 

7. COMPLETE PAYMENT

  • If you have a credit on your account, you can apply this credit to your purchase. Click the tick box to the left of the credit, and the “Effective Payment Amount” will be reduced by the same amount as the credit used.
  • Click “Proceed with entering credit card information” to be taken to the secure checkout area.

 

8. CONFIRMATION WILL BE EMAILED

The confirmation of your purchase / payment receipt will be emailed automatically to the email you have entered into your user profile, along with any waivers you have signed.

Congratulations! You’re registered!
