Voting Membership is required for voting. Non members can attend as guests only.
- NHCA voting members (Single, Senior, Family, and Business)
Business – a small business located within the Northern Hills area are eligible to vote - NHCA non-voting members (Associate and Business, those who live and locate outside of Northern Hills area)
- Guests who are non-members
Memberships are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase. Annual membership (inclusive of tax) costs:
Voting Memberships:
- Single: $20
- Senior (55+): $20
- Family: $30
Non-Voting Memberships:
- Associate(out of area): $30 – Associate membership is for residents outside of the Northern Hills area
- Business: $50 – a small business located outside the Northern Hills area are not eligible to vote

It is our annual mandatory meeting where we report back to our members on what we accomplished last year in 2022. This event is free!

Non-member guests can join us for this important event, please Pre-resister (RSVP)! As we welcome ALL residents to learn and see what we’re all about, ask questions and see how becoming a member of your community association can benefit not only you (through our awesome Member Discount program) but everyone in our community! It is a great event to re-connect, get to know each other and work together on making our community even better.
